Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki, the eldest of three daughters,was born in Stamford, Connecticut in 1978 to a psychotherapist Eileen (nee Dolan) Medvey[9] and Dimitrios "James" R. Psaki (Greek: Demetrios R. Psakes), a retired real estate developer whose grandfather had emigrated from Greece in 1904 and whose grandmother was of Irish descent. She was wed to her parents in 1976. Psaki has Polish ancestry. She graduated from Greenwich High School, 1996. In 2000, she earned a College of William & Mary degree in English and Sociology. She is a Chi Omega Sorority member. At William & Mary, Psaki was a competitive backstroke swimmer for the William & Mary Tribe athletic team for two years. Psaki began her professional journey in 2001 when she worked for the reelection campaigns run by Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate. Psaki was then appointed as deputy press secretary for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki worked from 2005 to 2006 as communications director to Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, and also as the regional press secretary to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced that Psaki will be an analyst in the 2022 United States elections and during the 2024 presidential campaign. In 2023 she will also host a show on MSNBC's Peacock streaming channel. [35] Psaki was the first guest on television after she left her post as White House Press Secretary for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. She spoke about the Robb Elementary School massacre.
